January 1st: In 12 days we’ll be in San Francisco and DTT Media, Inc. invites you to join us from the comfort of your own home to take part in the first ever live and interactive broadcast from Macworld Expo. Starting January 13th, there will be a banner to launch our interactive webcam and you’ll be immediately taken to a live stream.
The camera duties will be divided between myself Adam Jackson, and our UK correspondent, Sam Downie and we’ve configured two mobile “lifecasting” stations for redundancy.
Beginning on January 13th around noon pacific time until January 19th at 6:00AM, we will be live (cellular signal permitting).
The interactive aspect of this coverage is that you can contact us anytime. There will be special ways to contact us throughout the week and make requests or ask questions and I’ll follow up live on the show. We’re leveraging the power of Twitter, Facebook and simple Email or SMS to help you be the director.
If you’re looking to get a head start, follow me (http://twitter.com/adamjackson) and Sam Downie (http://twitter.com/samdownie) on Twitter.
As a 6 year veteran of Macworld Expo and the self-proclaimed Macworld Evangelist, I want every Mac user to experience the conference in real time. We’ll be broadcasting the conference, the parties and everything in between and won’t stop until it’s time to go home.
A huge thanks to our lifecasting partner for their help with making this happen. I’ll be announcing this company the day we go live.
