Fortune.com outlined, in a blog entry, who could replace Steve Jobs after he retires.

Stop it!

I’m getting sick of this speculation from people who are barely qualified to make such statements or play the guessing game. I’m sure if Stevesy got hit by a bus tomorrow, the board could have an interim CEO and there are some names already picked out as candidates for a full time CEO. There’s no use throwing around names at this point and who says that Apple is going to choose a CEO from within the current 11 executives at Apple. It might be an outside hire for the next CEO and if Steve doesn’t get hit by a bus, he’ll most likely be sticking around for another ten years.

Let’s stop the speculation and use our time writing informative blog posts and not making Apple’s internal operations like a tabloid.
