Waterfield Designs (SFbags.com) Gary Waterfield and his company have grown 10 fold in the past few years and they produce high quality bags and cases for every Apple notebook, iPod model and even bags for the Mac mini and iPod accessories. If you bring your Mac setup with you while traveling, they can all be carried in a Waterfield. With that said, communications with the company are replied within 24 hours and phone calls always are retrieved during business hours. Shipping is always speedy and reliable and returns are a breeze. Their cases are high quality and extremely durable.
Griffin Technology is owned by Paul Griffin and is based in Tennessee. Once a small operation, they now make products for Macs and iPods and have the best selling iPod accessory on the market, the iTrip. Not a month goes by without a new product coming from Griffin with the wow factor you�d expect from Apple. I would not be surprised if Apple is constantly trying to recruit Griffin designers and technicians. We love their products but communications to campus are never answered and the only emails you receive are confirmations once they have received your money. General inquiries are thrown to the wayside or they need more than one person doing it. Support is great. They have support documents and will answer support emails within 4 days on average and always have a fix.
Radtech.us is a Missouri based company with the most comprehensive product line for your Mac, iPod and other tech devices. They have cleaners for all electronics, monitor covers for your iMac, iPod cases and Mac cases, mice and more. Radtech is quickly becoming the next Macally and their staff is quick to reply to emails, knowledgeable and extremely friendly in all regards. They have continued to innovate over the past few years and although many products are developed in-house, they also OEM products from other manufacturers to make the Radtech website even more comprehensive and carry a wide selection. The staff attends every trade show with Mac or iPod in the name and do so about 10 times a year pair that with a great website containing user reviews and high resolution images of their products and I believe Radtech will double its sales next year.
Company of the Year
Marware is a south Florida based company that started making products for iPod and Macs a few years ago and has grown to the top 10 Mac product developers. They make the best iPod cases and Mac cases and their website is easy to navigate. Although, they use web objects, which makes book marking bit of a hassle. Their sales support and inquiries are answered within 48 hours and there are always new products to purchase. Returns are simple as well but what sets them apart as being the number 1 company is staff. Their staff loves what they are doing and every E-mail has a personal touch of friendliness. They are so great; MPG is planning a day trip to tour their headquarters where all of the magic happens.
