Mac Users take advantage of having it all

We have had it first. First mouse, first graphical interface, first CD burners, and first inexpensive means of wireless networking. This is not to mention the fact we have the best music player, best software, best OS, and the most beautiful computers that just work. So why is it that Mac users always get pissed at Apple if they dont release a new or updated computer every 3 months, or dont sell an item at the price range you like. Deal with it! Apple is a company. Their sole purpose is to make money. As Mac users, we are spoiled with the best stuff, but when things dont go our way, we automatically complain. Steve Jobs does not do everything at Apple. People in forums will say, Steve needs to make a cell phone/ PDA combo, Steve needs to update Apple works, Steve needs to impregnate my wife so I can have a Steve Jobs mini. There are hundreds of people that work within apple and one thousand more that work in its retail outlets and as representatives to different markets. It is crap! If Apple did everything that we wanted, they would have gone bankrupt a long time ago. If the massive amount of Mac users ran Apple just the way they wanted to, Apple would be dead. There are consultants, analysts, developers, and hardware designers, marketing teams and advertising firms that get paid a lot of money to do what they do. Very rarely do they screw up. People in 1998 had no idea why Apple was doing some of the things they did, but now we see the plan. We see it all coming together. The digital hub, iPod, iTMS, the G5 processor with Xgrid, and professional tools like FCP and shake, and to make it all work; we have the largest distribution of UNIX in its history, OS 10. Apple has everything they need to capture education, biotech, small and large firms/companies and there is still some room for the home user, which in Apples eyes is not the money spender. They may buy the most Macs, but they are the iMac and eMac group. The people Apple wants are huge education contracts like the Virginia Tech Cluster, professionals in the audio/video and design fields, and huge corporations using their products.

I got a little off track, but you see what I am saying. It is nice to speculate what Apple will do, but let them do the work, and you just reap the benefits of their time spent. Trust me though, they may have a passion for what they are doing, but the people at Apple dont work for free, and if they do well, you can rest assured they will have a little bonus at the end of the year, and whatever analyst at Apple told Mr. Jobs that 100 million songs would be sold in one year, well if he is wrong, you will see his resume on monster.com.
One last thing about the rumor mill and those that want the next big thing. Only 25 percent of the people screaming they want a G5 Powerbook can actually afford one or have money set back to get one, then only about 5 percent of those people actually need the power the G5 will bring, not counting gamers. This is just one example, but those of you who are telling Apple to hurry up with upcoming products; relax,. The longer it takes to release something, the more money you have saved up to get more ram or add an airport card.
