Why are you a Mac user?

I meet a new Mac user every 1.5 days according to my calculations and I always sneak in two things; my business card and why they use a Mac. I get great answers like �it�s pretty� or �I used them in school and never stopped�. I would never dare ask a PC user why they use a PC. They usually answer with �why not?� and I just sigh and walk away.

I use a Mac because of the community centered on it. Comparing Windows xp and Mac OS X is difficult. They are both just as stable and both have other great points like Windows has the compatibility and support for thousands of devices when the Mac is easier to support and troubleshoot as well as some usability features that make it great as well! Yea, the community centered on the Macintosh is devoted, loyal and a great group of people and writing for this platform has great value in the fact that you develop a bit of a following as opposed to thousands of PC writers that just never make it because everyone else is doing it.

Anyway, that and that my iBook is just so pretty! Anyway, I want to know why you use a Mac or why you don�t. What brought you to the Mac and what pushed you away and if you agree with me that a Mac�s new smell is unique and is like no other smell as you open that cardboard box. Ok, that was a bit creepy but you get the point. I feel this will leave you with something to comment on throughout the weekend and I�ll see you all on Monday.
