Radtech Podsleeve saved my iPod!
I run three miles each day starting at our citys pier and down to the first beach ramp then back. It takes about 25 minutes and the main reason I started this run is because of my iPod. I used to hate running and only did so once a week, but back then I was still in school and listened to my iPod all day long. Now, I am out of school and cant listen to my iPod at work so I have started running every day and working out twice as long. Well, I got into my car yesterday and after a thunderstorm that previous evening, there was a huge puddle where my car was parked. I think you know what happened next.

My iPod slipped out of my hands and into the puddle. I usually use my Terforma iSleeve, DLO Transcase or my Marware Classic; but today I chose to run with my Red Radtech Podsleeve. Radtechs cases are made with their patented Optex material, which can withstand washing, stretching and the iPod, still responds to button pushing and the scroll wheel through the material. You get full coverage of the entire iPod but can still use every feature. One feature I never knew about is that Optex is also waterproof. The iPod lay in the buddle for a few seconds and I just sighed, got in my car and then reached down to pick up my iPod. I was going to go back inside cause if my iPod did not work due to moisture I would have to wait for it to dry. I took the Podsleeve off and the iPod was dry.
Since the iPods buttons are not moving, they dont suffer from water damage but the docking connector and top headphone jack are susceptible to moisture getting in the case. The Podsleeve was soaked so I put it on my dash in the sunlight, but the iPod was working fine and the Podsleeve also cushioned the fall so there was no internal damage. I was so happy that I could still do my run. I arrived at the pier and by then the Podsleeve was dry so I put on my earbuds and ran my as previously scheduled. Thanks Radtech!
