Stupid Newspeople

Yeah so you write for The Boston Globe and you're a journalist. That means I should agree with everything you write. WRONG! You're stupid and uninformed. Go write puff pieces about the new dog park and STFU.

From The Boston Globe (link):

ON FRIDAY Apple Inc. released the much-hyped next-generation iPhone and cut the price in half to $199. The company made it almost twice as powerful and added GPS, but left early adopters and Apple loyalists feeling betrayed. Our $400 phones purchased in recent months are now worthless on the used market.

We have been burned, and Apple ignores us!

The thing we originally loved about Apple was the cutting-edge technology and the company's almost anti-corporate outsider culture.

But something changed. They made a deal with the telephone company (AT&T;), and what was once a warm oasis is now a smug fiefdom not much better than the empire known as Microsoft.

The corporate side of Apple has forgotten its conscience and roots, which is a tight-knit community that blossomed around some good ideas.

Reach out to your base, Mr. Jobs, before the blossom falls off.

What the hell kind of editorial merit does this piece have? This is an opinion piece. Go start a Blogger account and voice your opinion there. No one gives a crap what you have to say. Only you feel "betrayed" by Apple. Price drops are standard operating procedure in technology. Go suck an egg cause you're idiot of the week.
