XtremeMac Tango
From Terry Mele...
The XtremeMac Tango is an extremely powerful iPod music player.
Tango has a down-firing subwoofer which can reverberate at higher volumes. Included are inserts for the 3rd generation iPod all the way up to the 5th generation iPod, as well as a handy remote that can be used to control basic iPod functions as well as adjust the bass and treble levels on the speaker.

I compared the Tango to the mStation Orb, which has an excellent reputation.
Both the Orb and the Tango include remotes. The Orbs is slightly larger and easier to use. Both include Bass and treble adjustments, both have auxilary input and both include dock inserts. However, this is where the similarities stop. Only the Tango has an AV output jack for connecting your iPod to a television and displaying videos. It does not include a USB or FireWire output for connection to a computer for syncing the iPod. Only the Orb has these conviences, in both FireWire and USB.
The only other problem I had with the Tango, excluding the reverberating bass was the bright light which may be annoying for some people who cant go to sleep with a bright light shining in their faces.
