Announced and presented at the last IFA 2014 in Berlin in early September, the new watch Epson SF-810 is now available in store.
Integrating GPS, multiple sensors and optical measurement system in heart rate, it is designed to accompany joggers and other athletes in their activities.
Do not call it linked watch but monitor of sports, please. In effect, even if the implement carries to the wrist and that it sets the hour, Epson sides to offer on the market the sports monitor Runsense SF-810.
Currently available in the shop, it allows runners to get rid of heart belts as it includes a heart rate sensor. In addition, it also integrates a GPS. In case of signal loss, the system created the missing data to continue to provide distance measurements and rhythm.
The watch Epson SF-810 is also well suited for outdoor and indoor sports. It can realize up to 35 distinct measures: time, distance, pace, tours, splitting, speed, calories burned, etc.
Epson announces autonomy up to 20 hours with GPS and heart rate monitor activated. For comparison, the watch TomTom Runner Cardio has a range of about 8 hours with the activated sensors.
It is possible to interface the results of the watch with a Run Connect via Bluetooth application to download and review the data.
The sports watch Epson SF-810 is available for €350.
